【摘要】 目的:在当前"看病贵"问题依然突出的前提下,正确评价特需医疗服务费用的经济效率,有助于合理发展特需医疗服务。方法:文章通过上海13家三级医院特需医疗服务的问卷调查,利用一般统计学分析和TOPSIS法综合评价法对医院开展的特需医疗服务进行综合评价。结果:特需医疗服务的收入的规模适中,提高了劳务性收费比例而药品费和检查费与普通医疗服务无明显差异;专科医院的普通医疗服务经济效率最好,综合医院的特需医疗服务的经济效率最差,且整体上普通医疗服务的经济效率要优于特需医疗服务,专科医院的特需医疗服务的经济效率优于综合医院。结论:特需医疗具有技术和服务优势,并非药品和检查推高了服务价格;综合医院的特需门诊和专科医院的特需住院服务具有比较优势,但由于特需医疗服务定位于高品质、个性化服务,经济效率不是患者利用特需服务的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Based on the sharp confliction of the high cost of medical care,the right way to assess the economic efficiency of Concierge Medicine will do help to the rational development of it.Methods: By the questionnaire survey of the 13 tertiary hospitals which develop Concierge Medicine,we make a comprehensive assessment with the general analysis and TOPSIS analysis to their Concierge Medical service,especially the medical cost.Results: the income of the VIP service has a medium scale,the proportion of the service’s fee has improved instead of the fee for medicine and examination;the ordinary medical service in the comprehensive hospitals have the highest cost economic efficiency and the Concierge Medical service in the specialized hospitals have the lowest one.What’s more,in generally speaking,the cost economic efficiency of the ordinary medical health care in the specialized hospital has over priority to that in the comprehensive hospital and the cost economic efficiency of Concierge medical health care in the specialized hospital is better than that in comprehensive one.Conclusion: Concierge Medicine has the technology advantage and the costs of medicine and the examination aren’t the main reason for high price;the VIP output service in the comprehensive hospital and the VIP input service in the specialized hospital have the comparative advantage.As the Concierge Medicine is featured by the high medical quality and the personal service,only using one method and seldom indices cannot justify the Concierge Medical service in some extend,so the cost economic efficiency isn’t the first factor which effect the Concierge Medicine service utilization.更多还原
