【摘要】 目的:探讨按疾病诊断相关付费(DRGs-PPS)在生育保险中的应用效果。方法:使用Excel2007建立数据库,对实施DRGs-PPS前后住院天数、住院费用和剖宫产率进行比较分析。结果:总费用、药品费、检查费、治疗费、其他费用和住院天数下降较为明显,而材料费和手术费出现了上涨。结论:DRGs-PPS起到了调控作用,一定程度上有效控制了医疗费用的增长,减轻了患者经济负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the impact of implement diagnosis related groups-prospective payment system(DRGs-PPS) on maternity insurance.Method: Use Excel 2007 to establish database,comparative analysis of hospitalization costs and hospitalization days before and after the implementation of DRGs-PPS.Result: The hospitalization costs,drug costs,test fees,treatment fees,other costs and hospitalization days declined,while the materials costs and operation costs were rising.Conclusion: DRGs-PPS can effectively control the increase of medical expenditure,and reduce the economic burden of patients.更多还原
