【Abstract】 In recent years,China’s new rural cooperative medical system has developed in a relatively steady pace.However,there are still many economic obstacles,mainly for the existence of moral risk,increase of medical cost,insufficient financing capability and funding instability.Three major economic obstacles are analyzed that we have faced during sustainable development of the NCMS and policy recommendations are put forward.更多还原
