无轴承电机轴向混合磁轴承驱动与控制
Drive and Control on Axial Hybrid Magnetic Bearing for Bearingless Motors
【摘要】 在介绍无轴承电机轴向混合磁轴承工作原理和控制系统构成基础上,设计了轴向混合磁轴承基于集成电路IR2130和TL494的集成式两电平H桥主电路的PWM开关功率放大器,设计了轴向位移检测电路和PID控制器,并对控制系统进行了调试,给出了试验波形。结果验证了其设计开关功放和PID控制器的合理性和有效性。
【Abstract】 Based on introduction working principle of axial magnetic bearing used in bearingless motors,a kind of integrated two-levels H-bridge main circuit PWM switching power amplifier based on integrated circuit chips IR2130 and TL494 was designed,displacement detection circuit using in the axial direction and PID controller were also designed,the whole control system was debugged,and test curves were given.The results show the rationality and validity of the design on the switching power amplifier and the PID controller.
