基于STM32的大扭矩永磁同步电机控制系统设计
Design of a High-torque PMSM Control System Based on STM32
【摘要】 针对一种应用于港口机械的大扭矩永磁同步电机直接驱动系统,本文分析了其矢量控制原理,以STM32微处理器为核心进行了控制系统软硬件设计,重点介绍了STM32处理器模块、增益可调的电流检测电路、旋转变压器接口电路、IPM驱动保护电路等的设计与实现,最后通过实验验证了控制系统的有效性。
【Abstract】 Aiming at a direct drive system of a high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) using for port machineries,the vector control principle of the low-speed high-torque PMSM was analyzed.Then,the control system with STM32 microcontroller as the core was designed.The STM32 control module,current detection circuits with adjustable gain,resolver interface circuits and the IPM driver and protection circuits were designed and implemented.Finally,the proposed control system was verified with experiments.
