【摘要】 目的观察超声引导下射频消融治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。方法在B超引导下,将射频电极针经皮穿刺入肝肿瘤内,对其进行原位毁损消融。结果 46例患者共55个病灶,直径<3.5 cm的23个瘤体,20个完全消融毁损,消融毁损率为86.96%;直径为3.5～8 cm的15个瘤体中11个瘤体获得完全消融毁损,消融毁损率为73.33%,直径>8 cm的17个瘤体中(其中8例直径>10 cm)12个瘤体获得完全消融毁损,消融毁损率为70.59%。结论经皮肝穿刺射频消融术对于原发性肝癌疗效可靠,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ultrasound guided radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods Under the guidance of B-ultrasonography,radiofrequency electrode needle were punctured into liver tumor percutaneously,and the tumor was impaired in situ.Results Of 55 lesions in 46 patients,23 were of a diameter of less 3.5,among which,20 were totally impaired,with an ablation rate of 86.96%;15 were of a diameter of 3.5-8 cm,among which,11 were totally impaired,with an ablation rate of 733.33%;and 17 were of a diameter of more than 8cm(8 tumors had a diameter of more than 10cm),among which,12 were completely impaired,with an ablation rate of 70.59%.cm.Conelusion Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation is a safe and effective meathod in the treatment of primary liver cancer.更多还原
