【摘要】 目的探讨微波照射治疗对以腋横纹为切口的皮瓣法腋臭切除术后伤口愈合的影响。方法将来院就诊的80例门诊腋臭患者随机分成2组,每组40例,均行腋横纹皮瓣法腋臭切除术。实验组术后3 d开始微波照射术区,每日两次,共3 d;对照组术后用常规的方法治疗。统计各组愈合时间及术口Ⅰ期愈合率,并进行组间比较。结果实验组愈合时间平均为7.1 d,切口Ⅰ期愈合率95.0%;对照组愈合时间平均为10.8 d,Ⅰ期愈合率78.8%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论采用微波对腋横纹皮瓣法腋臭术后患者的术口进行创面照射,可促进腋部术口愈合,缩短治疗时间,减少并发症,是腋臭患者术后有益的辅助手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of microwave inflammation therapy on the wound of postoperative axillary bromhidrosis with incision along horizontal crease flap of axillary.Method Eighty outpatients of bromhidrosis were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group:experimental group,which were treated by microwave inflammation twice a day for 3 days,3 days after operation,and the control group,which were treated by general methods after operations.The healing days and the ratio of wound primary intention of the two groups were documented and compared.Result The average healing days was 7.1 days,and the ratio of primary intention of the cut was 95% in the experimental group,compared with 10.8 days and 78.8% in the control group,both with statistical significance.Conclusion The application of microwave in postoperative axillary bromhidrosis patients has advantages of facilitating healing of axillary cut,shortening healing days and reducing complication rate,indicating it as a helpful auxiliary method to the postoperative axillary bromhidrosis patients.更多还原
