带状电子注聚焦系统设计
Design of Sheet Electron Beam Focusing System
【摘要】 通过理论分析、数值模拟和实验研究了PCM结构聚焦椭圆带状电子注的可行性。利用三维PIC粒子模拟软件模拟了椭圆带状电子注在PCM结构行程的周期磁场中的传输过程,结果显示:截面为10x0.4 mm2的椭圆带状电子注在12x0.8 mm2的矩形通道中稳定长距离传输120mm无截获。对PCM聚焦结构的磁场进行了测试,测试结果与数值模拟结果相符。实验并研究了该PCM聚焦系统约束带状电子注的能力,测试用速调管的设计电压为75kV,在56.8kV时的直流通过率达到52.1%,并随着工作电压的升高呈上升趋势。
【Abstract】 Using theoretical analysis and numerical calculations,PCM structure had been studied for focusing sheet electron beam with an elliptical cross section of 10x0.4 mm2.Calculation results showed that the electron beam transmission distance attained 120mm in the drift tube with a rectangle cross section of 12x0.8 mm2.The PCM focusing structure had been built and tested for confining sheet electron beam.The magnetic field generated by the PCM structure was nearly the same with the calculation results.The transmission attained 52.1% with the voltage of 56.8 kV and increased with the operation voltage.
