一种降低相控阵天线中移相器功耗的优化算法
An Optimization Algorithm for Reducing the Power Consumption of Digital Phase Shifters in Phased Array
【摘要】 相控阵天线中,对于采用二极管等半导体器件作为控制元件的数字移相器,其功耗与波束控制码形式有关。文中以"波束控制码权重"为基础,结合波束控制码"循环"的特性,提出了一种波束控制码优化算法,可在波束特征保持不变的前提下,实现移相器功耗最小化。以矩形口径的相控阵为例进行了仿真和计算,优化结果验证了该算法的有效性。
【Abstract】 The power consumption of digital phase shifter which uses semiconductor elements such as PIN diode as controlling components is related to the form of beam-controlling code.Based on the "weight of the beam-controlling code" and its "cycling feature",an optimization algorithm is presented.The optimization algorithm can minimize the total power consumption of the phase shifters in phased array without changing the beam characteristic.Meanwhile,a rectangle phased array is taken as an example and the numerical results demonstrate the efficiency of the algorithm.
