ZL102铝合金薄壁件在移动磁场中成形的研究

【摘要】 以最小壁厚为2mm的ZL102铝合金散热片为研究对象,利用自制直线电机所产生的移动磁场作为促进成形的外力,研究了移动磁场对该件的成形能力、凝固组织的影响规律。结果表明,在直线电机作用下,电压在220~250V时能产生适宜的磁场,提高ZL102铝合金的成形能力,可得到表面质量好、充型完整的E型薄壁ZL102铝合金件。此外,移动磁场的热效应、电磁搅拌作用等对ZL102铝合金还能起到变质细化、改善显微组织的作用,且对铸件底面的细化效果优于侧面的。

【Abstract】 Effects of traveling field from a self-developed direct current motor on forming ability and solidification structure of ZL102 aluminum alloy radiator with 2 mm in minimum wall thickness were investigated.The results show that forming ability of ZL102 alloy can be improved with an proper magnetic field at 220~250 V with the help of self-developed linear motor,and the E-type thin-walled ZL102 castings with good surface quality and complete filling can be obtained.In addition,as a result of thermal effect and electromagnetic stirring effect of the traveling magnetic field,grain size of ZL102 alloy is refined,and microstructure is improved.Meanwhile,modification effect on the bottom of the castings is superior to that of the underside.
