【Abstract】 The structure characteristics of the engine cylinder head and its process were described.Bottom big plane for assembly benchmark was set as the parting face.Inlaid structure was adopted in the whole set mould with oblique spigot position.Cross-section of the splash pieces was set as the meniscus form,which could effectively prevent liquid metal along the exhaust slot splash.3D structure of movable mold,cover die,gating system and exhaust system were presented.更多还原
