发动机汽缸盖压铸模具3D设计
3D Design of Die Casting Die for Engine Cylinder Head
【摘要】 介绍了发动机汽缸盖的结构特点并进行了工艺分析,选择装配基准用底部大平面为分型面,整套模具在结构上采取镶拼式结构,并采用斜止口定位方式。通过加装阶梯月牙形防溅块,可有效防止金属液沿排气槽飞溅伤人。给出了动模、定模、浇注及排溢系统的3D结构图。
【Abstract】 The structure characteristics of the engine cylinder head and its process were described.Bottom big plane for assembly benchmark was set as the parting face.Inlaid structure was adopted in the whole set mould with oblique spigot position.Cross-section of the splash pieces was set as the meniscus form,which could effectively prevent liquid metal along the exhaust slot splash.3D structure of movable mold,cover die,gating system and exhaust system were presented.
