【摘要】 运用跨文化比较的方法,以特奥会为参照,探寻民运会制度完善的途径。认为民运会在以下几方面应当有所突破才能建立相对完善的制度和组织体系:一是建立多种参与机制,民运会除了应具有传统比赛项目以外,还应设置非比赛性质的项目,并应尽量吸收少数民族人才参与赛事的组织;二是以民族为参赛单元组织比赛,设置多种奖励措施,激发民间选手的参与热情;三是采用多重标准分组,以使各种能力的参与者都能参与到民运会中;四是完善项目选择的标准,坚持多样性原则、可接受性原则和人文性的原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 By applying the method of trans-cultural comparison,and by referring to the Special Olympic Games,the authors sought for ways to perfect the institution of TNMG,and thought that TNGG can establish its relatively perfected institution and organizational system only if it makes some breakthroughs in the following aspects: 1)establish a multiparty participation mechanism;besides TNMG should have traditional events,it should also set up some noncompetitive events,and attract as many as national minority talents as possible to participate in game organization;2)organize games based on nations as game participating units;set up multiple awarding measures to stimulate the participation enthusiasm of folk players;3)use multiple standards for grouping,so that participants with various capacities can all participate in TNMG;4)perfect event selection standards;the principle of diversification,the principle of acceptability and the principle of humanity should be stuck to.更多还原
