Al-Si合金与水蒸气的换热实验研究
EXPERIMENT STUDY ON THE PERFORMANCE OF HEAT TRANSFER BETWEEN Al-Si ALLOYS AND WATER VAPOR
【摘要】 为了探索Al-Si合金储能材料在太阳能聚光热发电中的应用,配制了3种成分的Al-Si合金,进行1200次热循环实验,并通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等分析其热物理性能变化。再搭建Al-Si合金与水蒸气换热的实验平台,对水蒸气和Al-Si合金释热换热过程进行实验,分析在不同流量下水蒸气的换热情况。实验结果表明:Al-Si合金被加热到620℃时,水蒸气流速为0.4g/s时,出口温度最高442℃,同时拟合分析得出努塞尔数准则式。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the Al-Si alloy energy storage material in the application of concentrating solar power,the thermal physical properties changes of Al-Si alloy were tested after 1200 thermal cycles by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),etc.Subsequently the exchange heat experiment of Al-Si alloy and water were analyzed under different flow rate of water vapor in the Al-Si alloy discharge process.The experiment results show that Al-Si alloy is heated to 620℃,the water vapor flow rate of 0.4g/s,the maximum outlet temperature reached 442℃,and Nusselt formula is obtained by fitting analysis.
