空间太阳电池帆板测试的大面积稳态模拟器光学设计
OPTICAL DESIGN OF STEADY SOLAR SIMULATOR FOR LARGE AREA SPACE SOLAR CELL TESTING
【摘要】 基于光学设计软件Tracepro的仿真和优化功能,提出并设计一种应用于空间太阳电池帆板测试的大面积稳态太阳模拟器。首先在软件中采用长弧氙灯,建立以抛物柱面为主要反射面的光学结构模型,通过光线追迹和仿真,得到稳态太阳模拟器的主要光学指标——辐照不均匀度、有效辐照面积和有效辐照光强;其次根据该性能指标对太阳模拟器进行光学结构优化,得到最优化结构模型;然后依据软件仿真光学结构模型搭建实验平台,用15个灯箱体制作有效辐照面积大于3m×6m的稳态太阳模拟器;最后对稳态模拟器进行光学指标检测和调试,得出实际太阳模拟器最佳性能指标。
【Abstract】 A large area solar simulator was proposed and designed based on optical system design software Tracepro’s emulation and optimal function.Firstly,the solar simulator was modeled in the software by using Xenon long-arc lamps as light source and Elliptical surface as the main reflector.Through light tracing and emulation in Tracepro,the crucial optical parameters of steady solar simulator were achieved,such as irradiance non-uniformity,effective irradiance area and effective irradiance luminous intensity.Secondly,the model of solar simulator structure was optimized according to these optical parameters,so the solar simulator structure was worked in optimal condition.Then the Experimental platform was established according to the emulational structure,a steady solar simulator with effective irradiance area larger than 3m×6m using 15 Xenon long-arc lamps was produced.At last,the optical parameters were regulated and an optimal result in practice was achieved.
