风力发电液力机械传动装置的特性及设计
CHARACTERISTICS AND DESIGN OF HYDRO-MECHANICAL TRANSMISSION DEVICE
【摘要】 分析了液力机械传动装置主要参数对风力发电系统性能的影响规律,给出了这些参数的设计原则。建立了数学模型,得到液力机械传动装置的效率等性能指标,液力机械传动的效率在额定功率转速范围内可达92%~94%。风力发电要求变矩器的高效率范围宽,转速比较低,应选用双涡轮液力变矩器。液力机械传动要在整个工作范围内获得高效率,必须保证风力机、行星排和变矩器的合理匹配。
【Abstract】 The affect law of main parameters to the hydro-mechanical transmission devices was analyzed,and the principle to determine these parameters was obtained.The efficiency and other performance of hydro-mechanical transmission device were received through established mathematical model.The hydro-mechanical transmission efficiency of wind turbines was up to 92%~94% within the rated rotate speed range,the torque converter with wide range of high efficiency and a relatively low speed was require,and twin-turbo hydraulic torque converter should be chosen.Hydro-mechanical transmission has to possess high efficiency within the entire operating range to ensure a reasonable match of wind turbine,planetary row and the torque converter.
