康氏木霉利用废酒糟产纤维素酶的研究
STUDY ON PRODUCING CELLULASE FROM DISTILLERS GRAINS THROUGH SOLID FERMENTATION BY Trichoderma koningii
【摘要】 过正交试验等方法优化了康氏木霉利用工业废弃酒糟产纤维素酶的条件,并对用该条件所制取的纤维素粗酶与工业酶制剂进行糖化能力对比试验。结果表明:康氏木霉利用酒糟产酶的最优条件为发酵时间6d、固液比1∶1.5、接种量8%、pH值4.0、温度31℃,并且较适宜在以2.0%蛋白胨为氮源的酒糟固态培养基中产酶;自制粗酶与工业酶制剂具有相似的纤维素水解效果,具有较大的改良和优化潜力。
【Abstract】 The solid state fermentation conditions were studied and optimized for cellulase production by Trichoderma koningii using distillers grains as the main material.This method can decrease the production cost of cellulase,and enhance the utilization of distillers grains.The results showed that the optimal condition in the production of cellulase is as follow: fermentation time 6d;ratio of solid to liquid 1∶1.5;inoculum size 8%;pH 4.0;temperature 31℃.The optimal N resource is peptone,and the suitable supplementation is 2.0%.The cellulose which is made by distiller’s grains may substitutes for industrial cellulose after further optimization of culture and strain.
