【摘要】 在对高等体育院校术科教师人力资源开发条件要素研究基础上,对高等体育院校术科教师人力资源开发的具体措施进行了研究,并得出结论。开发条件包括:树立人才资源是第一资源的观念;制定和实施人力资源开发规划;建立可行的人才引进机制,合理配置人力资源;以教师发展为核心,构建科学的教师考核与激励机制;丰富教师开发项目内容及手段。开发方法包括:实现术科教师独立设计教学计划;术科教师教学任务实现分工合作;术科教师服务社会功能的拓展;术科教师激励机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the researches of conditions and elements of technical teacher resources development in physical colleges,the paper researches jts definite measures and makes conclusions.Development conditions include establishing concept that talent resources is the first resource,formulating and implementing human resources development planning,setting up feasible talent introduction mechanism,allocating human resources rationally,constructing a scientific teacher assessment and incentive mechanism and enrichin content and means of teacher development project.Development methods include realizing independent teaching design of the technical teachers,realizing cooperation of teaching tasks among technical teachers,expanding their social functions and establishing the encouraging mechanism.更多还原
