钢丝绳断丝在线检测装置的研究

【摘要】 研究了工业用钢丝绳无损在线检测技术。根据电磁感应测量原理,自行设计了一种磁感应式钢丝绳断丝检测传感器及装置,实现了钢丝绳断丝的定量精确检测。其基本原理是,当检测到有断丝产生时,磁导率会降低,磁阻增加,电感量减小,导致线圈不平衡产生感应电动势,进而判断出钢丝绳断丝的情况。该方法克服了传统的漏磁检测技术不能精确检测钢丝绳内部断丝的不足,具有检测精确度高、体积小、制造成本低等特点。经多次实验室检验和工业实验,证明了该设计的正确性,检测精度达到了95%以上。推广后将取得很好的经济和社会效益。

【Abstract】 On the bais of the researches of electromagnetic induction measurement principle & its implementation in industrial rope non-destructive testing,a new magnetic induction sensor and detection device for the broken rope were designed to achieve the accurate quantitative detection.The basic principle is that when broken wires occur,the permeability reduces,reluctance increases,and the inductance decreases,finally those imbalance situations lead to an electromotive force,by investigating this force,the new device can detect the location.This method overcame the inability of traditional magnetic flux leakage delection way to detect the inside part of the wires.Besides,it was of high accuracy,small size and low cost.In industrial and laboratory experiments,the correctness and accuracy of this method reached more than 95%,suggesting good economic and social benefits.
