HPER的制备及在NR中的应用研究
Research on the preparation of hyper-branched pentaerythritol(HPER) and its application in NR composites
【摘要】 首先对季戊四醇(PER)进行超支化有机改性,然后采用磷酸封端,制得磷系阻燃剂——超支化季戊四醇(HPER)。采用共混法制备了天然橡胶(NR)/HPER复合材料,研究了其阻燃和物理机械性能。结果表明,与未添加阻燃剂的NR相比,NR/HPER复合材料的水平燃烧时间得到延长,同时其硬度降低,拉伸强度与断裂伸长率有着不同程度的提高。
【Abstract】 Pentaerythritol was modified by hyper-branched technology and was endcapped with phosphate,and thus phosphorus type of flame-retardant agent,hyper-branched pentaerythritol(HPER),was obtained.Natural rubber(NR)/HPER composites were prepared by blending methods,and their flame-retardant and physico-mechanical properties were studied.Results showed that the horizontal burning time of NR/HPER composites was prolonged,their hardness was decreased,tensile strength,and elongation at break were improved compared with that of pure NR composite.
