【摘要】 目的对泰山市区居民健康4+4现况进行调查,了解居民的生活方式及健康意识,指导其健康的生活方式。方法应用自行设计的调查问卷,对200名居民进行调查,了解泰安市区居民的健康状况。结果 61%的居民对健康4+4的内容知晓,48.5%～69%居民不知道自己的血压、血糖及血脂值,33%的居民不太在意自身健康。结论泰安市区居民对健康4+4的内容知晓率较低,高血压、高血糖及高血脂的发生率高,健康意识较差,健康行为有待提高,主要对策是进行系统的护理干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:InvestigateTaishan residents’ present health status,understand the lifestyle and health awareness of residents and instruct the healthy way of life.Methods:Application design of questionnaires,to investigate 200 residents and to understand the health status of residents in Tai’an City.Results:61% of the residents know the healthy content,48.5%-69% residents are not aware of their blood pressure,blood glucose and blood fat values,and 33% residents do not care about their own health.Conclusion:The health content awareness rate is low,the incidence of hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia is high,the health awareness is bad,health behavior needs to be improved,the main countermeasures are systematic nursing intervention.更多还原
