【摘要】 目的对2型糖尿病并周围神经病变患病率及其相关危险因素的进行。方法对856名在本院就诊的糖尿病患者进行并周围神经病变患病率及其相关危险因素分析,所有患者在诊断周围神经病变的同时进行空腹血糖、早餐后2h血糖、糖基化血红蛋白、收缩压、舒张压、血甘油三脂、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的检验。结果:发现2型糖尿病并周围神经病变患病率36.9%,其中男47.5%,女52.5%,新诊断2型糖尿病并周围神经病变患病率21%。结论:糖尿病病程、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三脂、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇是2型糖尿病并周围神经病变的相关危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the morbidity and the correlated risk factors of peripheral neuropathy of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:We investigated the morbidity and the correlated risk factors of peripheral neuropathy in 856 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who visited our hospital.We measured the fasting blood glucose,2 hour blood glucose after breakfast,glycosylated hemoglobin,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,blood triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol after the diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy were made.Results:We found that the morbidity of peripheral neuropathy of type 2 diabetes mellitus was 36.9%.47.5% in male and 52.5% in female.The morbidity of newly-diagnosed peripheral neuropathy with type 2 diabetes mellitus was 21%.Conclusion:The time course of type 2 diabetes mellitus,fasting blood glucose,2 hour blood glucose after breakfast,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol are correlated risk factors peripheral neuropathy with type 2 diabetes mellitus.更多还原
