【Abstract】 Based on the stakeholder theory and from the perspective of library stakeholders,the paper proposes that the key for the harmonious management of library is to coordinate and balance the interests of all aspects.Taking a comprehensive consideration of the needs,the strength,and the stakeholders of library,the authors build a hierarchical dynamic model for harmonious management of library,and put forward four mechanisms for realizing the coordination and blalnce of the stakeholders.更多还原
