【摘要】 《IFLA图书馆员职业道德准则(草案)》于2011年12月6日发布,目前仍处于征集意见阶段。该准则对图书馆来说具有较好的功用和社会价值,蕴涵着丰富的内容。该准则的主要特色表现在:内容详尽;强调隐私权保护;人性化的感情用语并突出图书馆员的社会责任。但也存在一些不足,如:没明确界定准则的适用范畴和正式名称;对知识服务强调力度不够。建议图书馆员认真学习和领会其内涵并提出合理建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 IFLA Code of Ethics for Librarians(Draft) was issued on Dec.6,2011.which is still collecting suggestions.The document contains abundant contents,and brings better social values.The characteristics of it are as follows: the detailed contents,emphasis on privacy protection,humanist tendency in wording, highlights on librarian’s responsibility towards society.But there are still some shortcomings,such as,not giving definition for its scope of application and formal name,and giving less stress on knowledge service.The paper suggests librarians learn it earnestly,comprehend it thoroughly,and put forward reasonable suggestions.更多还原
