【摘要】 馆员网络社群已逐步成为促进馆员网络工作、教研的一种重要形式,它有助于提高馆员工作的效率,增强馆员团队的归属感,并能够转变馆员的工作精神。建构优质、高效的网络社群,需要提高参与馆员的交往意识,围绕工作中的问题展开社群探讨,重视专业人员的专业引领,增强网络社群文化的建设,综合运用多种交流形式,以便充分运用网络社群为图书馆馆员服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Being a learning network community,Librarians Network Community,which based on interpersonal relationships,is an organization for discussion,interaction and communication on the internet by different librarians.The construction of Librarians Network Community is a new stage for librarians’ commutation.As the librarians’ exchange and cooperation developing more rapidly these years,study becomes deeper.Using internet in libraries makes the service provided by libraries diversification and convenience,meanwhile,network community becomes an important form for librarians’ exchanging and learning.更多还原
