【Abstract】 This paper discusses the characteristics in the developing history of foreign e-journals and lays its emphasis on that of the comprehensive foreign e-journals database,its selling modes and distribution mechanism of the e-journals;furthermore,it explains the present distribution of foreign e-journals at university libraries and the features of users′ demands under the digital information environment and accordingly suggests the principles in terms of distributing information resources of foreign e-journals.更多还原
