【Abstract】 On the basis of explaining the meanings of the born digital resources presented by scholars and organizations,this paper gave its own understanding of the born digital resources.As taking the internet as the carrier of information resources,this article proposed the concept of the network born digital resources.Then,this paper analyzed the meaning of the network born digital resources exploitation.Furthermore,this article revealed the basic steps of developing the network born digital resources in detail from the perspectives of analysis and positioning the exploitation stage,network acquisition and long-term preservation,re-organization and the in-depth data mining,usage and feedback and so on.更多还原
