【Abstract】 This paper analysis that under the digital information environment there are many limitations to traditional document guarantee rate which is not suited to the present age library.The effective investment in documents information resource(include paper bibliography,database and online network information etc) can be used to describe documents guarantee degree.The paper states it is more scientific and rational with documents guarantee degree to replacing documents guarantee rates,and also gives a calculating formula.更多还原
