【Abstract】 The construction of digital library in under-developed region should be based on the idea of third phase of CALIS project and pool the funds,techniques,resource and service.Then it can be beneficial to every library by constructing the regional cooperation digital library system.The article expounds how to construct the academic digital library in under-developed areas by the cooperation between libraries.And it emphatically puts forward the standpoint of basic development thinking and patterns,construction scheme and implementing strategies.更多还原
