【Abstract】 In order to realize the energy saving and emission reduction in cement production,the theory and method of calculation of energy consumption and pollutant emission quantity in cement production according to exhaust gas constituents has been researched.A cement production operation guiding expert knowledge base has been built.A large scale monitoring network which contains a variety of most advanced communications technology has been constructed.The technical staff and managers of cement plant can use a variety of terminal device access to the latest information of energy consumption and pollutant emission at any time and anywhere.The production process can be controlled timely to maintain cement production line running in the best condition of energy saving and emission reduction.更多还原
