四川盆地油气井钻前工程风险及防治对策

【摘要】 四川盆地特殊的地质构造,增加了其区域内油气井钻前工程的复杂程度,给油气井钻前工程带来了潜在风险。为降低油气井钻前工程风险,从地质灾害、井下防碰、钻前技术标准、人为因素等几方面分析了钻前工程中的风险因素,并针对这些因素,从风险评估、防碰扫描、教育培训、完善行业标准规范等方面提出了具体的防治对策。认为只有尊重科学,以事实为客观依据,全方位、多角度地考虑油气井钻前工程设计、施工方案才能做到万无一失。

【Abstract】 Special geological structure in Sichuan basin increases complex degree of the oil and gas well pre-drilling engineering and brings potential risks for oil and gas well pre-drilling engineering. In order to reduce risk of pre-drilling project, the risk factors related to geological disaster, underground hit-prevention, pre-drilling technology standard and artificial factors are analyzed. Aiming at these factors, some countermeasures on risk assessment, hit-prevention scanning, education and training, improving industry standards are proposed.
