【摘要】 以豇豆种子为材料,经脱脂、乙酸钠抽提、硫酸铵分级沉淀得到胰蛋白酶抑制剂粗提物。再经凝胶过滤、离子交换层析和FPLC,分别得到了豇豆蛋白酶抑制剂的不同组分,并进行了SDS-PAGE分析。同时通过明胶活性电泳,证实了各部分均具备专一的胰蛋白酶抑制剂活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are four trypsin inhibitors containing in Vigna unguiculata var.seeds.We have get different parts by defatting,extracting with sodium acetate,precipitation,gel filtration,ion-exchange chromatography and FPLC.The active-staining of gelatin PAGE has showed that thay all have the ability to inhibit the trypsin.更多还原
