HS-SPME-GC-MS分析槟榔果皮和种子的挥发性成分
Volatile Constituents from Peels and Seeds of Areca catechu L.by Head-space Solid Micro-extraction,Coupled with GC-MS
【摘要】 采用顶空固相微萃取和气质联用技术(HS-SPME-GC-MS),首次分析槟榔果皮和种子的挥发性成分。从槟榔发黄果皮和青果皮中分别鉴定出29和21种成分,分别占总峰面积的89.18%和71.96%,从发黄果实种子和青果实种子中分别鉴定出20和15种成分,分别占总峰面积的87.47%和70.24%,发黄果皮和青果皮有8个共有成分,发黄果实种子和青果实种子有13个共有成分,四者有5个共有成分。槟榔果皮和种子的挥发性成分具有差别。
【Abstract】 The volatile constituents from peels and seeds of Areca catechu L.were investigated for the first time by head-space solid micro-extraction coupled with GC-MS.Twenty-nine compounds were identified from the yellow peels,and Twenty-one from the green peels,accounting for 89.18% and 71.96% of the total essential constituents,respectively.Twenty compounds were isolated from the seeds of yellow fruits,and fifteen from the seeds of green fruits,accounting for 87.47% and 70.24% of the total essential constituents,respectively.Yellow peels and green peels had 8 components in common,while the seeds of yellow fruits and that of the green fruits had 13 common components.There were five common components in these four samples.The volatile constituents were different between the peels and seeds of A.catechu.
