【摘要】 文章在对吉林省城镇化发展的水平特征、空间特征及存在问题分析的基础上,结合吉林省城镇化发展的区域格局与态势,提出了吉林省城镇化的空间策略:强化中部地区的城镇化载体作用;加快重点城镇的集聚发展;突出交通轴线对城镇化的拉动作用;保护东西部生态环境,提供城镇化生态保障。在城镇化的空间格局方面,构建了"四轴、两带"城镇轴带发展体系、"轴带、基地、集中区"产业空间布局体系、"双核、多心、四层次"城镇中心等级体系。根据政策导向和区域背景,提出了借助长吉图开发开放先导区发展政策,促进哈尔滨至大连交通轴线向经济轴线转变,促进长春和吉林一体化发展,延吉、龙井、图们、珲春一体化发展等措施,促进吉林省城镇化空间格局形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,firstly,spatial characteristics and existing problems of urbanization are analyzed.On the whole,urbanization of Jilin Province exceed its industrialization,and urbanization presents imbalance in spatial structure.Meanwhile,there exist some problems in the process of urbanization.Base on the above analysis,this paper puts forward spatial strategies of urbanization,including improving the economic development of central Jilin,accelerating urban agglomeration,constructing developing axes and protecting ecological environment.This paper constructs the spatial support system for Jilin urbanization,including urban axes system,industries space distribution system and the urban hierarchical system.Finally,this paper suggests Jilin province should make a high priority for development of Changjitu forerunner area,promote "Hada axes" to fleetly develop,accelerate urban agglomeration and construct accessible transport system for accelerating the process of Jilin urbanization.更多还原
