【摘要】 本文通过对中原茶文化与西北少数民族茶饮特点的对比分析,发现西北少数民族茶文化重养生健体之用而轻性情审美,重浓香味厚而轻清纯淡雅,与崇尚茶的品饮和回味,以茶的品味体现人的个性和品位,及通过品茶感悟以彰显人生境界的中原茶文化存在巨大反差。少数民族将砖茶与奶、茶与花的混合并加以煎煮的茶饮方式,不仅是中国古老茶饮习惯的传承,也体现了茶饮对各民族间的文化碰撞和融合的文化映射。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,a comparative analysis of characteristics of tea culture between the Central Plains and the Northwest Minority is carried out.We discover that the tea culture of Northwest Minority put more emphasis on the function of health fitness but less on the nature of aesthetic,and also put great importance to the taste of fragrant and thick,but less to the pure and elegant.So there is a huge contrast between them,such as Central Plains tea culture advocating for tea tasting and aftertaste,embodying person’s personality and savour,and highlight the realm of life by tea comprehension and so on.The Minority’s tea way that to mix brick tea with milk,or flowers and then boiling it is not only the heritage of the ancient Chinese tea drinking habits,but also the reflection of the cultural collision and fusion between the different ethnic groups.更多还原
