【摘要】 [目的]探讨更年平调液对更年期大鼠心肌细胞保护作用的机制。[方法]选用鼠龄为11～15个月的自然更年期雌性SD大鼠,20只,随机分为2组,即更年平调液组(P组)、更年期对照组(M组)。另选鼠龄为4～6个月的SD大鼠,10只,为青年对照组(Y组)。药物干预第45天,采用免疫组织化学方法检测各组心肌组织中Bcl-2、Bax的表达,利用计算机图像分析技术测量各组心肌组织中Bcl-2、Bax的表达水平。[结果]更年平调液组Bcl-2、Bax的表达较更年期对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),更年平调液组与青年对照组比较Bcl-2、Bax的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]更年平调液能抑制心肌细胞凋亡而对心肌细胞起着重要的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore of protective effects of Gengnian Pingtiao liquid on myocardial cell of rats with Climacteric.[Methods] The 20 SD rats of 11 to 15 months old with the natural climacteric were randomly divided into two groups: Gengnian Pingtiao liquid group(group P),menopause control group(group M).Another 10 SD rats,4~6 month old were taken for young control group(group Y).After experiment for 45 days,the average optical density(OD) and the rate of positive area of expression of Bcl-2 and Bax were analyzed by image analysis with HPIAS-2000 analysis system.[Results] The expression of Bcl-2 in group P was significantly higher than that in group M(P<0.01).No significant difference of expression of Bcl-2 was found between the group P and that in group Y(P>0.05).The expression of Bax in group P was significantly lower than that in group M(P<0.01).No significant difference was found in the expression of Bax between group P and that in group Y(P>0.05).[Conclusion] Gengnian Pingtiao liquid can inhibit the myocardial cell apoptosis and plays an important protective role for myocardial cell.更多还原
