【摘要】 目的:探讨绝经后女性子宫内膜息肉的发病因素及Ki-67、Bcl-2的表达。方法:选取50例绝经后女性子宫内膜息肉组织(息肉组)、息肉旁正常内膜组织(内膜组)及30例正常子宫内膜组织(对照组),应用免疫组化SP法进行Ki-67和Bcl-2表达的检测并收集患者相关临床资料。结果:患者组体质量指数高于对照组。Ki-67蛋白阳性染色定位于细胞核,Bcl-2蛋白阳性染色定位于细胞浆。息肉组的Ki-67和Bcl-2在腺上皮和间质的阳性表达高于内膜组及对照组,差异有统计学意义。内膜组与对照组Ki-67在间质、Bcl-2在腺上皮和间质的表达差异无统计学意义。结论:肥胖是绝经后子宫内膜息肉的发病因素,Ki-67及Bcl-2在绝经后子宫内膜某一区域持久地过度表达在子宫内膜息肉的发生中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate risk factors and expression of Ki-67 and Bcl-2 in endometrial polyps of postmeno pausal women.Methods:The expressions of Ki-67 and Bcl-2 were evaluated by immunohistochemical method in polyps(polyps group) and polyps adjacent normal endometrial tissues(endometrium group),which were collected from fifty postmeno pausal women with endometrial polyps.And 30 samples of normal postmenopausal endometrial tissues(control group).Rele vant clinical data were collected in patients.Results:The value of body mass index was higher in patient group than that of control group.The positive stained Ki-67 was located in the nucleus.The positive stained Bcl-2 was located in the cyto plasm.The positive expression levels of Ki-67 and Bcl-2 were significantly higher in polyps group than those of endometrium group and control group.Conclusion:Obesity is risk factors of endometrial polyps in postmenopausal women.The enduring abnormal expressions of Ki-67 and Bcl-2 play an important role in the occurrence of postmenopausal endometrial polyps.更多还原
