【摘要】 目的了解国内外转化医学研究机构的现状,对国内外转化医学研究机构的共性和特色进行分析,发现问题,为中国转化医学研究机构的发展提供参考和依据。方法分别选取美国、英国转化医学研究领域比较出色的7家机构和中国7家有代表性的研究机构进行分析,比较总结各自的共性和特色优势,找出国内研究机构的差距。结果美国和英国的转化医学研究机构已经取得诸多实质性成果,他们主要是采取了一系列行之有效的措施;而中国的研究机构成立时间较为短暂,虽然各自取得一定的成绩,但还存在缺乏一盘棋规划,专项基金资助等诸多问题。结论中国的转化医学机构应该实行全国统一规划,建立以政府为主导、高校为主体、社会各部门积极配合的集合体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the current situation of translational medical research institutions at home and abroad,analyze the common characteristics of translational medical research institutions at home and abroad,and identify the problems,so that references and basis were offered for the development of China’s translational medical research institutions.Methods The research selected 7 excellent translational medical research institutions from USA and England,and also selected 7 representative translational medical research institutions from China to perform the analysis.The common characteristics and advantages were compared and analyzed.Results The results showed on one hand that translational medical research institutions from USA and English had made many achievements owing to the series of effective measures taken,and on the other hand,that China’s translational medical research institutions were mostly young,though they had made some achievements,there were still problems like lacking of overall planning,special funds,etc.Conclusion China should plan the translational medical research institutions uniformly at the national level,and establish a cooperative system in which the government acts as the leader,universities act as main body,and all sectors of society actively participate.更多还原
