【摘要】 目的通过对鼻内镜鼻腔泪囊造孔术前鼻窦CT检查结合泪道造影的相关结果进行分析,确定鼻内镜手术适应证,制定理想的手术方案,以提高手术治愈率。方法 29例(33眼)慢性泪囊炎患者术前分别进行泪囊造影及鼻窦CT检查,依据检查结果采用不同手术方式。结果两种影像学检查可以确定泪囊大小及周围解剖结构,小泪囊(<5mm)9例(10眼),其中<2mm 1例(1眼);大泪囊(>5mm)20例(23眼)。26例(30眼)患者通过鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治愈,治愈率90.91%;2例(2眼)好转,好转率6.06%;总有效率96.97%。泪囊小于2mm的小泪囊患者手术无效。结论鼻窦CT及泪道造影是泪囊鼻腔造孔术前必不可少的影像学检查,对提高手术成功率有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the analysis of the results of nasal CT scan and dacryocystography before dacryocystorhinostomy,to determine the indications for endoscopic sinus surgery,to decide the ideal solution and enhance the curative rate.Methods Dacryocystography and sinus CT scan imaging were performed on 29 patients(33 eyes)with chronic dacryocystitis,and different surgical approaches were done.Results The two kinds of imaging examinations could determine the size of the lacrimal sac and the surrounding anatomical structures:small lacrimal sac(<5 mm)in 9 patients(10 eyes),including 1 case(1 eye)of <2 mm;big lacrimal sac(>5 mm)in 20 cases(23 eyes).Twenty-six patients(30 eyes)of them were treated with nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy,and the curative rate was 90.91%;2 cases(2 eyes)were improved;the total effective rate was 96.97%.Surgical treatment for patients with lacrimal sac less than 2 mm was invalid.Conclusion Sinus CT and dacryocystography are essential imaging examinations before dacryocystorhinostomy,and they can significantly improve the success rate.更多还原
