【Abstract】 In this paper,a new formula to calculate the wage Gini coefficient of urban workers and social practitioners in Guangzhou from 1984 to 2009 was applied and we found that the wage gap between industries in Guangzhou continued to expand and achieved the degree of polarization.The source of this phenomenon was: market competition made the wage gap of other types of economic sectors continued to widen,Monopoly made the wage of high-wage industries to show reasonable rapid rise in State-owned economy.更多还原
