【Abstract】 Inter Simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR)-PCR was used to analyze the genetic variation and germplasm identification of ten different breeding lines of Pyropia yezoensis. 14 polymorphic and specifical primers were screened and optimized. From the generated ISSR products by these primers, 97.1% of the DNA bands amplified were polymorphic. These primers could be used as molecular genetic markers to discriminate and evaluate the ten lines. A number of peculiarity amplified bands of primer 826 were applied to establish the ISSR code patterns of the P. yezoensis ten lines.更多还原
