【摘要】 采用灰色关联分析方法,对陕西省2001—2010年科研机构、科技人员、科技经费投入和科技信息投入与经济增长的相关关系进行了研究,研究显示:科技人力投入、科技经费投入、科研机构和科技信息投入与陕西省经济增长均有正相关关系;科技经费投入对经济增长的贡献作用远远大于科技人力投入对经济增长的作用。建议通过建立健全人才培养机制、优化多元的投融资环境和重视科技信息交流平台的建设,更好地提升陕西省的科技实力。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the statistics of 2001-2010 in Shaanxi Province,this paper,based on gray relevance analysis and the analysis of the relationship between economic growth of Shaansi Province and every factor of sci-tech input,draws the conclusion that the sci-tech investment has the certain connection to the economic growth,and the contribution of the financial resource investment are stronger than the manpower investment and the information resource investment,then proposes a series of suggestions by the sci-tech to promote economic growth.更多还原
