水热合成二氧化钛薄膜及其光催化性能的研究
Hydrothermal synthesis titanium dioxide and light catalytic performance of research
【摘要】 本文采用水热合成法制备纯二氧化钛薄膜。在紫外光的照射下,以亚甲基蓝溶液为目标降解物。考察了水热合成反应温度,反应时间,原料浓度等对二氧化钛薄膜光催化性能的影响,确定了TiO2薄膜的适宜水热合成条件。利用XRD对二氧化钛的晶体结构进行表征。
【Abstract】 In this paper,pure titanium dioxide film were synthesized by using hydrothermal synthesis.Under the irradiation of ultraviolet light,methylene blue solution was used to detect photocatalytic performance in different temperature,reaction time,raw material concentration.The best reaction conditions of hydrothermal synthesis were defined.The obtained film was characterised by XRD.
