火焰原子吸收法测定香菇中微量元素

【摘要】 首次采用干法灰化--火焰原子吸收光谱法对干香菇中的Fe、Zn、Mg、Ca、Na、K、Cu等元素进行测定。加标回收率为95.0~102.5%,变异系数≤2.41%,特征浓度0.0044~0.074μg/mL/1%,检出限为0.00091~0.015μg/mL。结果表明,该方法操作简便、数据准确可靠、精密度高,适合于测定香菇中微量元素的含量。

【Abstract】 The trace elements including Fe,Zn,Ca,Mg,K,Na and Cu of dried mushrooms are pretreated by dry podzolic method and are determined by atomic absorption spectrometry for the first time.The recovery was 95.0%~102.5% and RSD≤2.41% with this method.The characteristic concentration 0.0044~0.074μg/mL/1% and the detection limit for the seven elements is in the range of 0.00091~0.015 μg/mL.This method is simple and the data is accurate.It can be used for determining the trace elements of mushrooms.
