【Abstract】 With the deepening of teaching reform in higher vocational education,cultivation of "double-qualified" teachers has become the focus of teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges.The article gives the lifelong education concept and significance of training "double-qualified" teachers and proposes training "double qualified" teachers in professional studies,enterprise attachment and practical aspects.It proposes the countermeasures that teachers should establish lifelong education concept,improve capacity and establish and perfect the protection system of training "double qualified" teachers.更多还原
