冷却塔风机传动轴故障监测方法研究

【摘要】 在分析冷却塔风机传动轴故障现象的基础上,提出了采用PLC控制的新监测方法:利用PLC抗干扰能力强、自身保护性好、适用于工业现场的优点,采取适当设定信号采集时间周期的技术措施,解决了PLC定时器分辨率不够的问题;采用非接触式传感器,实现在联轴器处发生故障前,预设程序控制发出报警或停机,提醒有关人员及时处理,从而预防甩出的传动轴砸坏相关设施的事故发生.生产实践证明:该监测方法大大提高了故障监测的效率和预报警的可靠性,具有良好的推广应用价值.

【Abstract】 A new monitoring method of PLC control is put forward.Taking the advantages of good capacity of resisting disturbance,good self-protective performance and being suitable to industrial sites of PLC,the new method resolves the problem of resolution insufficiency of PLC timer with technical measures of suitable setting to time period of signal acquisition.The non-contact sensor is used in the new method.With the non-contact sensor,the preset programmed control will start alarm or stop the machine before the failure of coupling.The relevant person will be reminded and handle the problem in time.So the accident like the equipment damage caused by the throwing drive shaft will be prevented.The production practice proved that the new monitoring method increased the failure monitoring efficiency greatly and the pre-alarm reliability,which has good application value.
