生产商-销售商联合生产库存问题的一般数学模型
General Mathematical Model for Vendor-buyer Integrated Production-inventory System
【摘要】 对于生产商-销售商联合生产库存系统,目前已有文献所给出的策略具有明显的局限性.为了使生产商-销售商联合生产库存问题更具一般性,本文进一步放宽了该问题的假设条件.然后,根据生产商和销售商的库存-时间图推导出系统整体的库存-时间图.利用该图对销售商的订货策略与生产商生产量和库存量之间的关系进行分析,从而推导出最优订货策略的一般数学模型.最后,通过实例验证了该数学模型得出的策略确实优于已有文献给出的策略.
【Abstract】 The vendor-buyer integrated production-inventory system is an important component of the supply chain management.But the strategies given by the current literatures have obvious limitations.In order to promote the problem model,this paper first presents a more flexible assumption condition of the problem.And then the whole system’s inventory-time diagram is deduced according to the producers’ and suppliers’ inventory-time diagram.And through analyzing this diagram the relationship between the buyers’ ordering strategy and the manufacturers’ production and inventory can be obtained.Then the more universal mathematical model for the optimal ordering strategy is deduced.Finally,the numerical examples verify that the model can yield a lower cost solution.
