【Abstract】 Since 1990s,in many western countries,especially in the USA,collaborative approach has been used more and more frequently for natural resource protection and environmental management,and paid broader attention to by public managers and researchers.Based on the perspective of definition evolution,this paper will firstly clarify the connotation of collaborative environmental management,by giving a systematic effort to arrange and examine its theoretical and empirical evidence,impact factors,evaluation of process and outcome,so as to make a drawing to analyze and understand the research progress of collaborative environmental management.更多还原
