【摘要】 英国开放大学与美国马里兰大学学院大学办学各具特色,但在教学模式上有着共同的特点:以学习者为中心,重视课程资源的开发与建设,采用有效的教学方式,重视学习过程的监控,以"学以致用"的目的检验教与学的效果。在国家开放大学建设的过程中,借鉴国外开放大学的成功办学经验,改革和创新电大现有的教学模式,建设优质的课程资源,构建有效的教学传递方式,研究学习效果的评价方式,是办好开放大学的一项重要工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although The Open University UK(OUUK) and University of Maryland University College(UMUC) have their own operating characteristics,they share some similarities in the teaching mode,e.g.learner-centered mode,emphasis on the development of curriculum resources,use of effective teaching methods,stress on monitoring learning process,and "learning in order to practice" as a standard to test the results of teaching and learning.In the process of constructing the National Open University,the important tasks to establish an open university are to draw on successful experience from open universities abroad,reform and innovate the existing teaching mode of RTVU,develop high-quality curriculum resources, establish effective instructional delivery,and research into the evaluation mode of learning effect.更多还原
