锆钢复合板设备结构设计分析
A Brief Introduction on the Structure Design of Zr-Steel Clad Plate Equipments
【摘要】 分别从插入式和安放式结构的强度、制造过程及焊接对复合板的影响等方面进行比较,分析了如何合理设计锆钢复合板设备接管与设备壳体的连接结构。在锆钢复合板设备管口设计时,如果在加工过程中能保证安放式结构全焊透,或者焊接完成后有镗孔条件的,应优先采用安放式结构;对接管锆衬里的设计,一方面应尽量少采用在密封面上用螺钉紧固的结构,而采用焊环与钢法兰直接钎焊的连接结构,另一方面当工作温度超过150℃时,对于公称直径大于100 mm的管口,设备内部盖板应优先采用翻边结构;设计检漏嘴时,应考虑检漏嘴通气、检漏和信号孔的多重用途下进行设置,总结出检漏嘴设置的几项原则。
【Abstract】 Based on some experience of the actual design and processing,connecting structure analysis of branch and shell of Zr-Steel clad plate equipment,then compared plug-in type with abutting type from design,strength,fabrication and welding influence of Zr-Steel clad plate,the study proves that the abutting type is to be preferred if there are full penetration welding or boring condition.For branch lining design,on the one hand it will use brazing method for flange ring connected with steel flange and avoiding the screws fastening on the seal surface,on the other if the design temperature exceeds 150 ℃ and nozzle nominal diameter is greater than 100 mm,it should be give priority to stub ends structure.The design of leak detection nozzle should combine with the functions of ventilation,leak detection and telltale hole.
