【摘要】 研究了种子不同处理方式对北苍术出苗率及植株生长性状的影响。田间调查结果显示,沙贮处理种子出苗期比其它处理提前7d,出苗率高,平均出苗率达到72.6%,5个处理中以沙贮处理效果最好,其次为冰箱、赤霉素处理;植株生长性状采用DT软件进行多元方差分析,对9个性状综合分析结果表明,处理间差异显著,以沙贮处理为最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect on rate of emergence and growth of plant from different treatment for Atractylodes chinensis(DC.) Koidz.seeds was studied in this paper.The result showed the way which seed was stored with sand could caused seedling stage came ahead of less 7 days than other four treatments.And,The rate of emergence was up to 72.6% which was higher than other four kinds of treatment.Regarding five kinds of treatment with seed,the best one was seed being stored with sand.The second was seed being treated with GA and refrigerator.The growth of plant analysed by DT statistical analysis software also showed that the seed being stored with sand was the best treatment.更多还原
